About
Ronda Lynn Michel began teaching herself to paint after retiring from a 25 year career in the dental field. A creative person her entire life, she has won awards for her works in acrylic and wax. She loves the layering process of wax which builds texture and produces translucency and luminosity. In 2014 her creative spirit led her to write and illustrate several children's books.

Very spiritual, Michel remains open to the voice of the universe and it's cues, creating her works in a space she calls Inspiration Studio on a mountain top where she lives with her husband Wayne. She has three sons and three grandchildren, one of which is a flourishing young artist.
