New Wine Releases Available for Tasting* Jalapeno Wine, made from 120 pounds of jalapenos. Nothing else. Finished dry and over 15% alcohol. You get over 4 whole jalapenos in every bottle.
* Raspberry Mead, another addition to our line of honey wines (meads). 50% Raspberry wine and 50% Mead and finished sweet.
* Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, just bottled completely dry but with big currant tones and a chocolate finish. Neat combination for a Cab.
