Stephen Allen was born December 3rd 1956 in Virginia but moved to Pennsylvania at the age of twelve. He also attended Philadelphia College of Art where he wrote and illustrated a children’s book. He exhibited his work at local art and craft shows in the surrounding communities.Stephen Allen

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Stephen became fascinated with screen printing and built a screen printing shop down in his basement. Stephen was now able to reproduce his designs onto tee shirts or any flat surface. This pulled Stephen away from landscape painting for around 15 years.
In the last two years Stephen has gone back to his first love, “landscape painting” and has just recently completed paintings of the Perkiomen Trail, Jim Thorpe, and Skippack Pennsylvania.
